Who we are

BuyFastVPN.com is an independent online store that resells VPN subscriptions. It is not operated by, or affiliated with, the VPN providers whose plans it lists.

What we collect

Orders: name, email address, country and (optional) phone number, the items ordered, payment method chosen, payment and delivery status, and any notes you write. Account: name, email address and a password stored only as a one-way hash. Support: the messages you send us. Technical: your IP address and browser details in security and rate-limit records, and a session cookie that keeps your cart and sign-in working. Optional cookies (Google Analytics, if the site owner has configured it) are used only if you allow them in the cookie banner. Your choice is stored in a first-party cookie called bfv_consent for up to 180 days, and you can change it at any time with the Cookie settings link in the footer.

Payments

This website does not take card payments and does not ask for card numbers. You pay using the manual payment methods shown at checkout, and we verify the payment ourselves.

How we use it

To process and deliver orders, verify payments, provide support, send order and account emails, prevent fraud and abuse, and keep records we are required to keep. We do not sell your personal data.

Sharing

We share data only where needed to fulfil your order (for example with the payment channel you chose or the provider, when required to activate a subscription), with our hosting and email providers, or where the law requires it.

Keeping and deleting data

We keep order and support records for as long as needed for support, accounting and legal obligations. You can ask us to correct or delete your data; some records may have to be kept by law.
